How a case works
- You file: broker, account ID, what went wrong, the amount, and documents.
- We check the proof, remove personal details and write a neutral summary.
- The broker is notified and has 14 days to reply. Silence is shown publicly.
- You confirm the outcome: resolved or unresolved. Cases close after 60 days.
Each broker's page shows its cases, resolution rate and median days to resolve.
